SHIPPING & DEPLOYMENT LOGISTICS

PREPAID LOGISTICS (FREE SHIPPING): All gear prices include standard domestic shipping. What you see is what you pay. No hidden fees at checkout.

MANUFACTURING LEAD TIME: We don't keep a dusty warehouse of old stock. Every order is custom-manufactured upon confirmation of the order.

• Production Phase: 3–7 business days.

• Shipping Phase: 3–5 business days once shipped.

• Total Estimated Delivery: Expect your gear within 10–14 business days.

TRACKING YOUR GEAR: Once your gear has cleared the facility, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your "Junk" or "Spam" folders—sometimes the system flags us.

LOST OR DAMAGED FREIGHT: If the carrier loses your package in transit, contact us immediately. If the tracking says "Delivered" but the gear isn't there, you’ll need to contact your local post office to file a claim. We are not responsible for gear stolen after a successful delivery.
